Soft Landing Firms (SLF) is backed by over 95 years of Financial Services experience through an affiliation with Finetooth Consulting. SLF was created to serve a very specific void in the marketplace. After thorough research and due diligence, we found that most employee-based advisors would prefer to join an existing office versus creating their own. By taking the stress of start-up capital, business planning and operations off the table, we have allowed for the advisor to focus solely on moving their client accounts over. SLF provides a win-win solution for both sides of the table. We work with independent firms every day that want to recruit advisors.
