Sachem Advisors is an independent, investment advisory firm focused solely on the needs of Indian Tribes and their enterprises. The firm was founded on the belief that many, if not most, Native American sponsored investment plans are not getting true, fiduciary, advisory services. As a result, many of these plans are often saddled with inappropriate investment alternatives and very expensive, “hidden fees.” Sachem Advisors is going to change that. We recommend that our clients’ investment plans conform to the Global Fiduciary Standard of Excellence, and we have integrated its twenty-two best practices into our Investment Advisory Process. By helping our clients implement these best practices, they will significantly improve their investment decision making and eliminate inappropriate and expensive investment alternatives.
